The beds are really comfortable and facilities in the room great. Breakfast, afternoon fika and dinner options were wonderful. All of the staff were so friendly, cheerful and happy to help. Would highly recommend. Also great value for money.

Location - Good location in the central area of Trondheim. Staff - They were very kind to us. Access to the room - They have two lifts working normally. Bed - Clean sheets, comfortable pillows and matress. Bathroom - Clean shower area and clean toilet. Water temperature control is OK. Breakfast - Enough number of varieties and tasty food. Overall - It was a good choice for us per the price we paid. Parking - We stayed just for one night. We parked our car on Brattorgata street. Free from 20:00 to 08:00. From 08:00-20:00 you can park for 3 hours subject to payment. We payed for parking using the mobile app.

The hotel experience was very good, and also the staff were very friendly! Not loud rooms and also very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is very rich, the dinner is a little bit poor but delicios!

Even though the breakfast/dinner times during weekend where a bit too late for a baby, there was always some food available. Even during day... The personal was so nice to check us in earlier without any extra cost. (And nice in general.) Side-bed for the child was narrower version of the normal beds.

Scramble egg was the best part in the hotel breakfast, even tho i hate this egg receip the most, but you made me love scramble eggs again.

Good location close to the rail station, ferry port, marina and the town centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants close bay. The standard of food was good and basic.
